- 負責登記及存檔本會所有會員之培訓記錄；
- 制定專業培訓課程及教材套，（包括導師訓練及認證，專業調解訓練課程、基礎調解訓練課 程、基礎調解訓練工作坊等）；
- 就現時環球對「調解」發展，為業界內外，發表相關學術研究報告及文獻。
- 於週年會員大會發表工作報告、財政報告及年度計劃。
- 執行執委會提出的議案方案。
