I have been working in the financial industry for more than 30 years and in a people management role for more than 20 years. Since having attained the Mediator qualification since 2009, I have been leading 6 to 7 mediation cases to successful settlement. I enjoy doing mediation on a pro-bono basis, provided that there are appropriate respects and fair treatments from the client parties.
